While learning about different types of energies, I have gained greater insight as to what preferences apply to each allowing me to be flexible and opening the door to change as well as improving my communication with others and helping me to navigate stress or pressure by finding balance. I have learned the characteristics that I require to be the best leader that I can be with likeability, respect, inclusivity, consistency, authority and by being a resource. It all starts with reflection to bring us clarity involving contemplation, evaluation, honesty and perspective. Being a coach to my team is key to helping everyone be the best version of themselves and developing my teams talent with focus on speaking and leadership listening. It is important to empower my team and develop trust, create win-win agreements and encouraging & supporting them by providing structure and fostering accountability. Jay and Kim are absolutely amazing. This course has taught me new and exciting things.
